"I have been a patient of Dr. Papa for about 30 years Dr. Papa is one of the best Doctors I have been to. Dr.Papa takes his time with you, he listens to you and answers any concerns you have. Dr. Papa explains his treatment plan for you thoroughly and then follows up lf needed with another appointment to review any testing he has sent you to have done. Dr. Papa's staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. The only problem I have ever had is wait time. "

"Staff are just plain rude. Need to have an office visit and pay for it out of pocket for every refill of my medication (which is sold over the counter in most countries and is not covered by any insurance). This doubles the cost of my medication which is already expensive (only if you're in the US)"

"I've been a patient for most of my life, and every time I go I tell myself I'm going to find a new Dr. The wait is always long, and she has a habit of telling you what you feel and what she wants to do, instead of listening to your issues. She was once a good Dr., she was my moms Dr. but my mom also left her practice, because she was months late getting back to her on important test results. I'm still waiting on follow ups from last year, which I don't think I'm going to get. Your better off with a Dr. in a different office."
