"I will start with the fact that I like Doctor Cruz very much. I discussed foot surgery with Dr. Cruz at my last visit, and she said her coordinator would call in the next 2 days. after SIX phone calls over the next 2 weeks, coordinator finally called back. Said "so you are having surgery? what for?" (um don't you have surgical orders?) SO I had to tell her. Then she told me surgery appointments are 6 weeks out. Me, okay, when can I get in? Oh I have to call the hospital, I'll call you back tomorrow or the next day. Oh, next day is Saturday, I'll you tomorrow or Monday. No I'll just call you Monday. Almost 2 months later, never received a call back. And it's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone directly. You get a call center who will "send a note to the office". Find a different doctor!"
