"It doesn't matter how knowledgable a doctor is (and this one is), he's only as good as the staff behind him. The staff at this office is of the lowest quality: inefficient, not knowledgable, unwilling to help and uninterested in doing so, will readily LIE regarding facts, to protect themselves, and to protect others. They do not get critical tasks done in a timely manner, and don't care about how it affects the patient. Messages cannot be relied on to get to the necessary person. They will not even give out the office supervisor's name so you can complain. The doctor was told about the many problems, and his reply was "I don't get involved in the office side of things." THAT MAKES HIM A BAD DOCTOR, because he KNOWS that patient care is a problem and that he just doesn't care enough about the patients to make sure their caree is handled accurately, efficiently, compassionately, and in a timely manner. Look elsewhere for a practice that takes professionalism seriously."
