"The doctor is absolutely wonderful but the staff is not. They do not answer the phones, they do not return calls, nurses line never answers nor returns calls. The doctor orders labs and NO ONE ever calls you to discuss results. I have been without diabetes meds for 2 mths because I am so tired of calling and chasing them around. "

"Date of Service: 5/23/25 (New Patient) First impression of the building the name on the building is Trinity Psychiatric Services (very misleading) but I was at the right location parking is limited. Appointment wait times are long patience is a must. No virtual visits only in-person visits $25 fee for labwork on site Intake forms are at least 20-25 pages to complete asking the same questions again and again. Nothing appears to be electronic. Prescription: I requested for my prescription to be sent electronically. I also asked for the paper prescription in the event their was an issue with the electronic prescription. Bedside manner of the doctor is lacking. Although he provided me with an accurate detail of my medical condition there was not much conversation between the doctor and I. No rapport was built I felt like a number. Lobby was crowded when I arrived with limited seating. Patient rooms are not set-up like a medical office very weird. Building appears to not be ADA compliant and rundown. I saw a broken tile leading to the doctors office and after you meet with the doctor you are taken to another office to pay. I have never seen a medical office set up like this before. The doctor has over 50 years of experience in his field and seems to be very knowledgeable; however I like a more up to date office, electronic medical records, and virtual appointments. Due to my medical condition I was given a referral from my PCP to see this doctor and I agreed because it was in close proximity to my office, but I will be seeking care from another physician in the near future. I hope this review helps someone seeking an endocrinologist. "
