Endocrinologist - Downers Grove, IL

"I am writing this review because I was attempting to make an appointment with this doctor and the office staff basically told me that I need to come through a referral, though I explained that my insurance does not require one. I proceeded to ask what is your process and she had a hard time explaining it to me, but simply put I need to go through the referral process, so that I can get labs and records. Explained to her that, I have not seen an endo in over a year and I need to be seen. She proceeded to state it's their process, and I asked why is this information not available online so that my time is not wasted by calling and be transferred multiple times just to get an appointment. Thought this doc would be a good one to visit, but just like every other endo doc I have come across they are all full of not useful information and do not care about the actual patient, they need to work on compassion, and it's so unfortunate that docs and their staff feel like its acceptable to be rude and not helpful.
