"went for elevated PSA. 1st visit they did not test my urine to see if i had a bacterial infection (I would think that would be the 1st thing a urologist does). After the visit waiting for my blood results there is another person's medical history in my chart. I called the office they say the manager is going to call me back never happens they remove the other persons medical history from my chart. Today i was scheduled for a biopsy of the prostate at 6am. I live 1 hour away from surgical center. Arrive, check in they bring me in the back to get ready for the biopsy. the nurse asks me a series of questions and says did you take the bowl prep? I said excuse me i have no idea what your talking about. She then asked me if i had started taking the antibiotics? I again said I have no idea what you are talking about, She then asked if I was prescribed anything for this procedure and I stated no. She told me she had to call the Dr. She came back to the room and said that the procedure could not be done because I was not put on any of the medications. Imagine I left my home at 4:45am and this Dr doesn't even have the decency to call and apologize for this. This was it for me looking for another Dr. "

"Rarely will you see the doctor, only physician assistants.... even when you specifically request a doctor. Staff members look like they hate being there. Very poor quality practice and you’re lucky if they spend more than a few minutes with you. "
