Vascular Surgeon - Hackensack, NJ

"I called to make an appointment at this office. Someone answered the phone and said "hello". They didn't identify as a doctor's office and didn't state the doctor's name, so I asked was I calling Dr. Kagens office and they said yes. I asked were they accepting new patients and they said yes and asked me to hold on. 4½ minutes later, I hung up to try and contact them again. I called over 4 times and someone hung up the phone 3 times, after the 4th time with no answer, I hung up and contacted my insurance carrier, Aetna to try. Right away the Aetna rep connected me to Ashley, the same person I initially spoke to. I asked when the next available appointment was and she said mid September, so I told her I would try another doctor. I work at a Fortune 50 corporation with over 5000 employees at our NJ facility. I will make sure to let all my co-workers know, through TEAMS the experience I went through at this office just trying to make an appointment. Customer service is dead!"
