"The date of service listed is an estimate. I visited this office 2 x's, the first visit was a reading of my spine and hip xrays, the PA was very nice and respected my decision to use omega 3 and tart cherry juice as an alternative choice to reduce inflammation. In fact all staff I interacted with were very nice. The problem was with getting the pre cert for the MRI. I had to call the office no less than 7x’s. Was hung up on 2x’s, and given a different excuse as to what the cause of the delay was each time. Only after I requested to escalate to the office manager or DR did I get the precert. All together it took 9 days to get the precert. I was never escalated. When I went for the review of the MRI I let 2 people in the office know my feelings as to the delay of the precert. I was offered to speak to the office manager, who I gladly waited for. Turns out she left early that day. I requested a follow up phone call which 5 days later I have not received. My impression of this office is it is not managed well at all and the patients well being is NOT their focus. I gave 1 star in all categories because i had to give a star to post the review."
