"While I could write paragraphs about my experience, I'll try to trim it down. I came in for bloodwork for suspected PCOS. My results came back with abnormal levels. Luanna Nesby never called me to discuss these, even though I wanted to ask questions and see what other tests needed to be done. Additionally, at the time of my initial appointment, Luanna Nesby said she would put in a referral for an ultrasound. When I called the radiologist 7 days later as instructed, they told me it was never put in by my care provider and that they'd contact them with a 24 notice. Two days later I call again, they tell me that they never replied to their initial message even though it was labeled as urgent. This back and forth went on for nearly three weeks. I'd call back hoping the Nesby office responded, the radiology office would apologize profusely and tell me they've reached out multiple times. Eventually I got in for my appointment. Ultrasound came back with abnormal findings, which I was hoping to disucss with my doctor. It's now been over two weeks and she has not contacted me. I emailed the office the other day asking for her to please contact me about my results regarding my ultrasound and no reply. My recommendation: find a provider who cares. "
