"for years i was getting orthotics from the hospital. my last appointment he sent me to a place in another city about 30 minutes away. At first i thought it was a little inconvient. BUT then he explained that the quality of the orthotics has suffered since the pandemic and he explained that the facility in rapid could work with me to make sure they fit perfect, they could adjust them if needed. I received the new orthotics from the facility in rapid and i love them and i did actually have to go back to get them adjusted. I realize Dr Shipey did send me to another facility to get them made because he had my best interest in mind and he knew what would be best for me"
