"When I arrived at the clinic everyone was very calm, professional, and responsive to my situation. My primary care doctor discovered an odd-ball mole during my annual exam, in a rather discrete location. In looking for a specialist to take a look, I asked around for someone who might be considered more experienced in this area. Not finding any recommendations I took a chance and went with my preferred provider list. I am glad I did. The whole group made me feel at ease and calm in what could be considered an embarrassing or bashful situation. Dr. Scott took the time to get to know me first, look over all areas of my persons for other issues that might have been missed, and even gave me pointers to look out for things in the future. She calmly and professionally went through the examination procedure, putting me at ease. A secondary nurse was in the room at all times, and she let me know what she was doing or going to do next before she examined. It was better than I could hope for and all things were A-OK. I liked her so much that I am returning with my children for their acne issues. They were at another location, outside of this clinic, and their bedside manner was nowhere near that of this clinic. Dr. Scott and her staff are A+ and highly recommend if you want to feel comfortable and at ease with a doctor that takes the time to explain things."
