"I really think this practice has the potential to be a five star office, if it weren't for his unprofessional and apathetic office manager Lyndsey and PA Faviola and Colleen. I went there on a referral from my PCP, and thought at first that this office was a Godsend, boy was I wrong. Despite having all the imagery to show all the problems I suffer from, they still had the nerve to question my need. The PA gave me a "trial prescription" of medication that's really no more effective than Advil with instructions to "take as needed for pain". When it ran out in two weeks (remember this was a super low dose) Lyndsey was the most horrible person to speak to. Not only did she question my need (I've been on long term therapy for 15 years), she had the nerve to call me a liar when I told her the bottle said "take AS NEEDED for pain". When I logged into the MEDHEALTH to see what my record said, as expected it also said just that! When I spoke to her again to tell her look at their own records I was hung-up on. Later that day when I logged in to check again, THEY CHANGED THE RECORD!!! The deleted the prescription from my record to cover their @$$es! I sent Dr. Patel a private message and never heard anything back - I've since cancelled my appointments and found another Dr. with staff that actually give a darn about their patients. STAY AWAY - BEWARE these people just want to run you through and charge up patient insurance!"
