I called their office and despite the note "Accepting New Patients" that I saw on Aetna's website, they told me they are not accepting new Medicare patients.

I've recently switched PCP providers because I changed my insurance.  I go to the doctor on a regular basis, and this is by far one of the worst experiences I've had. I went in with an appointment and wasn't attended until an 1 1/2 hr later. They wanted to leave early for the holidays, so they called their patients last minute and crammed up all of their scheduled appointments in the morning. 
Dr. Allison is very nice, and everyone at this location had a friendly smile, spoke politely, and acted professionally.  However, I felt that she and her staff were refusing to answer my questions and were rushing me out.  I went in for my annual exams, a recurring cough that I've had for over a month, and a flu shot.  No one even took out their stethoscope to listen to my lungs, they didn't give me a flu shot, and when I started asking questions about my symptoms they told me I would have to make another appointment so they could address my questions. 
Needless to say, I'm never returning to this location, am switching PCP providers, and am requesting my lab results to be transferred.
