I've been going to Dr. Seeger for 3 yrs. now.  He is a great Doctor.  I recently tried to make an appointment but to no avail..I was asked to leave a message and someone would get back to me by the next business day at the latest and to NOT call again or a 2nd time (recording).  After leaving the requested info I waited 5 days and no call back.  It occurred to me to check my insurance Aetna to see if the Dr was still on the network only to learn that he wasn't.  I have no problem if a Dr. wants to leave a network - that's their business but I was disappointed that I didn't even get a callback as a courtesy.  Just tell me that my insurance is no longer accepted...maybe I'll pay cash & worry about getting reimbursed by my insurance company..but not receiving a courtesy phone call in response to needing medical services is unacceptable.  Read all the reviews and make up your own mind...many of us are in agreement that the office staff is horrible - a better managed staff is in dire need here...sad to say.
