Dr Lee and her staff are scandalous. They lie on the medical claim using the wrong codes. The insurance then proceeds with no further investigation and depending on the code Dr Lee uses, they will charge your insurance as much as they can. The insurance rejected some claims because Dr Lee had my daughter’s name as BABY. Makes no sense when I gave this office the hospital release letter and top of that the I filled out the paperwork as the new patient. This office still managed to get my daughter’s information wrong. I wouldn’t have found out about this scam if it wasn’t for my job and calling Atena. Atena was able to explained the charges codes and rejection. This office needs to be investigated.
