Dr. Arthur Wineman works as a family medicine and urgent care. He obtained his medical school training at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and performed his residency at Ramsey Family and Community Medicine Residency, Regions Hospital, St. Paul, and the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview.
