My daughter and I both have gone to this doctor for our respective disorders. I am currently looking for a new provider for both of us. They are always over booked and even when you have a late day appointment and are literally the only person in the waiting room, it still is 15 minutes at least past your appointment time to see the doctor. When you do see the doctor, you are asked maybe 2 questions, then handed the prescription and told to come back in X amount of weeks. You better know exactly what is wrong with you before going in, you better know what medication you want, and you better double check the prescriptions you are given to make sure they are actually the medication you're supposed to be on. More than once, I have been handed prescriptions for someone else's child, for my child, but a completely different medication (something she's never taken and I've never heard of), or they've forgotten to give me the prescription (when supposed to get it from the nurse) and I've had to wait around for another 15-20 minutes. Now, on top of all this, they are charging $5 for every medication you pick up. WTH?! I've never had this experience at any other doctor before. Seems like they just want more money on top of all the insurance money and co-pays they are getting from people. Double check your explanation of benefits too...twice now I've been charged for services I did not receive and had to call the insurance company. Constantly, their phone line is busy or you have to leave a message that isn't received. It's ridiculous...
