First I am given a referral from my insurance to this doctor.  I have diabetes type 1 and cannot get into any doctors.   My insurance says Dr Jou is recommended from Aetna and accepts my insurance.   Confirmed my referral.   I call the office over and over and no response or call back for weeks.  The office staff is non responsive.   Finally I reach someone after over a month.  They tell me that PPO insurance is not accepted.  What insurance do they take then?  I have insurance that pays for any doctor and I also have a referral from my insurance.   After over a month wait and rude office staff just told no way we don't want your money.  I will be reporting to my insurance.
