I gave him a one star because zero is not an option.  Please DO NOT go to see this doctor.  My dad was a patient and upon developing ALS symptoms and seeing Dr. Lobar twice via a zoom meeting, he was totally blown off.  I could google the symptoms and make the diagnosis that this MD could not make.  He also was curt when my mom suggested Bulbar ALS.  Months down the road when my father was finally diagnosed after being admitted to a hospital, several other neurologists were appalled by his lack of medical care.
