Only been here twice, first time I didn’t have any issues. Second time, front desk didn’t tell me in any of the emails or voicemails leading up to the appointment we were doing blood work. Waiting over 40 minutes after my appointment time, had to reschedule and pay the cancellation fee through my insurance because I didn’t realize it was going to take so long so I had to go. Had to come back for the blood work, never got a call about the results, had to call them for the results after a couple months and was extremely vague about the results.
