I always had to wait 30+ minutes for the doctor to show up. And he had very little time for me. They seriously need to improve staff quality.  They forgot to post my last payment, causing my bill to pass due. They also messed up my initial refill pick-up location, although I confirmed the address multiple times.  Every time I called in, the receptionist put me on hold for any time between 5 and 10 minutes.  The office has little automation - you cannot book an appointment or fulfill basic tasks online.
