I went with this doctor due to his reviews. Well it must of been a rushed day. Everything was spot on until he came in the room.  I was instructed to change into some paper shorts. but the door was left half open while I changed . He glanced at the x-ray said " well you don't need knee replacement" that was pretty much it. he was was with me for maybe 5 minutes. I have never felt so ignored by a doctor. I was instructed to do physical therapy. no guidance, or help navigating something I have never done. he said he would submit for a MRI, its been three weeks. no follow up no nothing. no instructions for a follow up appointment. Well now the knee is worse , can hardly get around. It may not be a fact. but you cant deny perceptions. and mine at this point is that I was not a candite for surgery so get him in get him out send in the bill. I hate writing a review like this. but since I cant get anyone on the phone to talk to. this is where I am,  also took 2 weeks to finally get ahold of someone from the physical therapy department attached to this office. they were supposed to find out about insurance and get back to me in a couple hours. its been a week. not a word.

Dr. Cheleuitte is an excellent surgeon and very intent on you have ng a good outpatient come. He is interested in you and treats you with kindness and respect at all times. He took extra time on a few of my appts. and explained everything in detail.
