I had been seeing Dr Yang for almost 4 years already. She will attend to all your needs, and do the referrals for you. But she's not very caring, and would oversee many of your problems unless you figured out it yourself and asked her about it. My Lupus has never gone into remission and I'm still taking a lot of meds and it doesn't seem to help, and I'm still in pain. 
As for the staffs, I had a lot of problems dealing with them and the medical group when trying to get my insurance approved or sometimes getting referrals approved, the staff doesn't really help out that much since they are busy 24/7 and that requires the patient to contact the medical group and the office staff and the insurance company many times, the process was frustrating and painful. Dealing with the staff in person is better than through phone. 
Wait time is often 30min.
