I scheduled an appointment for a specific issue I am having and was told to have all my prior medical records sent to them and arrive 30 minutes early for my appointment. I did this, filled out all the paperwork and after waiting over an hour was called back into a little room by a medical assistant. I was told that the doctor looked at the paperwork I had filled out and will not see me because they don't treat my condition. I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM WHEN I SCHEDULED WHY I WAS COMING IN AND THEY ALREADY HAD MEDICAL RECORDS. The medical assistant said she would inform the call center that scheduled my appointment that they don't treat my condition and that she didn't want to waste my time. My time was already wasted. i had already been there an hour and had already spent time ordering my medical records and driving to get them. I was then forced back into the lobby to wait some more for my refund to be issued.
