I went to see her back in August 2025 because I found a lump. I was very happy with her response before I even got in the car from her office The doctor she referred me to was already calling to make an appointment and everyone was very on top of helping me when I found out I had cancer everything started jumping in place as fast as it could go so far I've been very happy with all my doctors and definitely the nurses that have helped me. They have all been very nice, respectful and understanding and answer any questions that I have even if I think my question is stupid. They assure me that no question is dumb to ask anyway.

Dr. Ravi is always there for me. I've called multiple times on short notice and she always available. My friends complain about not being able to see their doctor on short notice. I appreciate Dr. Ravi. She thorough and genuinely cares for my well being. She's easy to talk to. I feel comfortable telling her any medical concerns that I have. Oh ya I get emails about other physicians in the area about covenant. Thank you but I have a doctor who I'm very happy with so you don't have to send me your new physicians recommendations.

I am most impressed with Dr. Ravi. She had blood work taken on my first visit to assess what problems I have and sent to get a mammogram that day. She made changes to my diabetic meds and after the results of my blood work she again change my meds to help control it. Her changes have decreased my blood sugar tremendously. I have followed her directions and am feeling so much better. She also set me up for a stress because I felt I was having heart problems. I'm very happy I choose her for my doctor.

The doctor had all my records. I am also visiting a cardiologist and a Lung doctor. I have had sleep studies, sonograms, Xrays, The main problem is I have not gotten any answers from anyone. I would like to k. Now what is going on and anyActions I may need to take. Dr Ravi asked me to go to the next appointment and ask more questions and if I did not get answers to contact her and she would follow up, My visit showed everything was looking good. . I

I visited as a new patient and was very pleased with Dr Ravi. She took time to know me and only had part of my medical records. She was well informed by reviewing what records she had when we met. She helped prioritize my needs and took immediate action with blood work and making sure I was referred to the appropriate specialist. I am confident Dr Ravi will get me back on track with my health. I would definitely prefer to be seen in the morning. I appreciate follow up calls for appointment times/ reschedules. I am an RN and a long time pt of this Clinic, Dr. Ravi has definitely eased up to my needs as a pt and as a part the health care team. I like her treatment style and dedication. I am an RN so visit is quite short but I had questions I needed to resolve, my Dr didn't alert me, visit was ended. It's nice that next visit is already scheduled before leaving the Clinic!My doctor is thorough and knowledgeable! Doctor didn't listen to my heart or lungs or palpate my abdomen or look in my throat during this checkup. To be fair though, we know each other well and I wasn't reporting any issues. She responded to my questions about a couple of superficial spots. She ordered labs and refills extremely efficiently. The whole process was smooth. It gave me confidence.

This was the patients first visit to establish primary care. Over all we were very pleased with the Dr and staff. Very impressed with the clean waiting area and off. Great environment! Liked the Dr and she was very through, but was on the verge of impatient. Not really a complaint, was the only thing that wasn't perfect. Very pleased thus far!!!!

First of all, the clerical staff were very nice and were extremely hospitable. Also, Dr. Ravi met all of my expectations I had after reading her online ratings and reviews. I've only seen Dr. Ravi one time in order to establish primary care, but I can tell by communicating with her that she is exactly what I've been hoping to find in a PCP.
