I felt that the staff was helpful and informative. The actual adjustment was great and after my first two my back pain is already lessened. 

When you come in, you swipe your member card to sign in and then go around the corner to do a set of exercises that “loosen” tight muscles to make your adjustment as easy as 
possible. Then you have your adjustment done, set up your next appt and you’re on your way. 
They did have a payment plan set for me including what my insurance covers but ultimately you don’t have to do that plan and you can just pay appt to appt. whatever is best for you and your household. There is no pressure.
