I'm looking for a primary care physician and my insurance company put Janet Miley the closest to my residence. I contacted them thinking I could go down and talk to the doctor and see whether we would be appropriate for one another.  The office staff says I have to pay for a visit to talk to the doctor about the possibility of her being my primary care physician.  They would be charging Medicare and my insurance company along with me for this "say hi" visit.  I would then have to schedule another visit for an exam which they would charge my insurance company, Medicare and me again.  I can see why the parking lot is usually empty when I pass by. Other sites rate her poorly also but I am linked by Aetna to this one. I don't know her personally or her abilities but her business practices have rip off written all over them.
