I was so insulted by this doctors demeanor. He spoke down to me and several times it seemed he was trying to embarrass me. He told me to put my shoes and socks back on and then, in a very exasperated tone, told me he was trying to show me an exercise and he was waiting for me. I wish I had left 5 minutes after arriving. I put one star because there was nothing lower. 
I requested copies of the x-rays he took for the new doctor. I was told they would email them. I was informed by the new doctors staff that the x-rays needed to be on a CD. I called several times and no one answered, during business hours so I went into the office 5 minutes after calling. He came up to the reception window. He then told me his CD printer was broken. I am pretty sure he was lying. Now my insurance has to pay for x-rays again.
