I communicate through patient portal messaging. I like and appreciate the care provided by Dr Baker, Ms. Rice and the rest of his care team. They are knowledgeable and THOROUGH. I would, however, appreciate being notified if the doctor is running late, therefore pushing my appointment back an hour and a half. Appointment time 10:30 AM, not seen till 12 noon.
