I tried to make an appointment. I was told that my Primary care doctor was booked until the end of the year. WHAT? Then I was told that I could get a telepresence
 appointment with another doctor because I said I had a light headache a week ago. I told the staff that I have 2 RT-PCR tests which were negative. I also told her the doctor I visited a week ago at the urgent care when I had mild headache confirm that I don't have COVD-19. She still did not agree to make an in-person appointment. The staff member told me that she would have the assistant call me in a few min. I did not get the call. I called back to have the doctor call me. She said would, maybe, tomorrow as it is end of the day. I needed an appointment quickly for a reason which I told her. But, I can't believe I am in America dealing with this type of care.

Yeargan is meh as a doctor. Fine but nothing special. Office staff service is horrible. Several instances of unresponsiveness and incompetence.
