My wife and I went in there yesterday as new patients. We were both expecting to have x-rays, exam, and a basic cleaning as part of our insurance coverage. We got the x-rays and a visit from the dentist but then they instantly started in on why we both needed a "deep Cleaning" and they would not be doing a basic cleaning for us. I felt like I was buying a new car with all the new add-ons and undercoating and delivery charges. They were definitely doing their best to upsell me which cost and additional $595.00 plus a saliva test for $199. When I told dentist no, she left me sitting in her exam room for over 1/2 hour until another person came in pushing the add on products. I would never go back to her again. What a waisted trip this was.
