I went to him for years because I didn't have another option.  Then I landed in the ER due to medication interactions that he prescribed.  When I told him, the response was, "That's not a thing".  Three doctors confirmed that I should not be on both medications.  He also scheduled appointments at 7:30 and 8am, but walked into the office well over 30 min late. (You could see him enter his office from outside the building.)
Staff was good - patient and understanding. They also were well aware of his lateness on a regular basis.
