Every single time (for ~4 visits) the doctor would come at 10am and the earliest appointment time possible is 8:30. So everyone is waiting 2+hrs just to get to the doctor.
Hooked me up to machines without explaining anything, wasting further 30 minutes when all I wanted was a lab sheet.
Nurse claimed there's a "deductible" that I needed to pay which made no sense, she said it made no sense too but that's what the system is telling her to do. (copay should be $30, they charged $20 extra)
Left me with an intern once that was clicking extra times on the machine (and uses the center of the cursor to aim at stuff?? on a medical graph???), and when I told her kindly she got mad and had a mental breakdown.
It's truly the kangaroo court of a clinic.

He is really nice to talk to and in general listens to your concerns. However I have repeatedly told him I needed an inhaler prescription that I could fill more then once a month, and that I needed the prescription for my albuterol solution to use with my nebulizer.
He has NEVER sent those in after stating he would, and the pharmacy has been waiting for the approval for the inhaler prescription for months now. It is to the point I can't wait anymore and I don't want to make an appointment for something he said he would do on at least 3 different occasions now. As such I am now looking for a different doctor.
