The receptionist is extremely likable and I was greeted immediately even though she was finishing with someone else. Dr. Plaskon's assistant Anika is also extremely likable plus helpful - she had to repeat instructions to me and I appreciated her patience. From the moment Dr. Plaskon walked in, I could feel her warmth and interest in me. She is very easy to talk to, and asked a lot of questions to not only get at the root of my concern but also understand any history that impacts my current situation. I hadn't realized how much I wanted to be heard and listened to until she did. Dr. Plaskon explained everything she was doing during my exam and gave me valuable information I had never been told before from other doctors. I left walking on air and am looking forward to the next step. Thank you very much Dr. Plaskon for your impeccable expertise and professional yet approachable manner.
