Dr's Mark Bilella and Frank Demery, and staff, have attended to me and my family since 2005. They have carefully guided us through the ordinary and the critical conditions that have come along. The quality of their care and advice have never faltered. They are truly collaborative in the way they administer their professional knowledge and skill. Even though we have changed our residence, we are happy to make the 1/2 hour drive to have the benefit of their excellent care.

I have seen Dr. Bilella for many, many years.  He is very kind and personable during an exam and I feel that he pays attention to my worries and really listens to me.  He and his office have both backed me up with my insurance company to have prescriptions approved and they are quick to respond to communication.  I am so satisfied that I travel to this office even though I moved further away.

I started attending here because they saw my kids. The staff at the front is always friendly, with the exception of the office manager… beyond rude and unprofessional. Will discuss any pass due bills in front of people waiting to be seen. 
My back was out, and I had to go back multiple tomes to see this doctor.  He was prescribing me things that were not working. After my severe frustration with him telling him that his medical approach was not working he said to me, im not going to prescribe you narcotics! And he yelled at me. Which i them said to him, I need my back to stop being inflamed and I never requested narcotics.  I need something else what you are prescribing is NOT WORKING its been a month and a half! And he proceeded to say the same thing. We will mot prescribe you drugs! I was so upset I changed practices.  I have a great doctor who sent me to a specialist and pain management. “without drugs”  and the feeling of feeling helpless and in pain and not having a doctor who cares was very frustrating and disappointing. We have also added PT to hp my back. This man does not care about your well being. Would not recommend.
