Dr. Fiorillo has a very professional approach yet he is very gentle, kind, and caring. Great bedside manner. He was very informative about the process, explaining possible short term/long term effects and worst case scenarios. He makes sure you have all the answers you are seeking and you don’t feel rushed to ask anything.
