DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called for an appointment after a trip to the ER. First of all, telling a patient “That’s now how this works” before putting someone on hold is NOT right. I was told by the ER doctor about tests I would be given at his office, and clearly by the rude response by the woman who books appointments, that’s not how this works. Here’s a news flash. Patients who call a doctor for something that could be really bad iS TERRIFYING. And the rude attitude I received when trying to get help was uncalled for. She told me that she would talk to the doctor and call me back. That was a WEEK ago. I’ve called and left messages to check the status on getting an appointment, and I’ve received nothing from them. Luckily I found someone who would see me and hopefully I can get my situation taken care of. So again, if you’re looking for a neurologist, look elsewhere. This is the worst staff I’ve ever encountered.
