New to the area, called MD office multiple times to schedule appointment - first call wanted all medication information to provide to the doctor to review to see if he wanted to schedule an appointment.  Have never experienced this living in multiples states i.e. Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Tennessee from 2012 to 2017, returning to Tennessee in  2022 - provided the list and waited a week, no call back, called again, left message no call back, called two more times - no call back.  Very disappointed in lack of customer service.  Why does a practice  (MD) say that they are taking new patients if they appear to "interview" the patient via medications prior to seeing the patient and then doesn't have the professionalism to return a call.
