Dr. Pin was caring and compassionate and took time to listen to my concerns and address them. The only problems were that I had a little trouble hearing him at times because he was having some trouble talking and kept gasping. Also, it seemed that he had a vision problem because I tried to show him a couple of things (my previous lab results on my phone app- ordered by my previous doctor) and he said he wouldn't be able to see them because of his bad eyes so he needed me to read them for him.

The office knew me when I called, kindly said I could come in, and checked me in immediately. Dr. Pin saw me within 10 minutes and saw that the bp was normal. His care and recommendations were clear, knowledgeable and supportive, as always. Dr. Pin is trustworthy because of his thorough and excellent care.

Dr. Pin has been my doctor for many years. He's a nice guy and does a good job. Appointments are rarely available, so I just go as a 'walk-in'. Things like lab and X-ray work well. The office staff could be more helpful. They have set answers for questions and give the Impression of not always listening.
