Miriam was wonderful and seemed like she had endless time for me. She gives excellent trauma informed care and made me feel safe and in control of a quick procedure I was doing. Then afterward she was very thorough and answered a few questions I only even asked because she seemed so patient and like she wanted to know more about what I might need or want to know.
