My visit with this doctor was exceptional. She made sure I understood everything. She had read my past history so thoroyghly that it precluded a treatment as she feared for the amount of radioactivity I had in the past! No provider has ever showed concern for this and yet Dr Bobbie had read my chart thoroughly. I have never received such exceptional care. I was the concern, not the schedule or other appts. She was completely focused and listened to my concerns and responses.It was the best examination I have received ever. Outstanding. And the reputation at PAC Med has always been a positive one from the many people I know who use it. Thank you!

Dr. Bobbie is one of the most exceptional providers I've ever known. She is warm and caring, acts with an abundance of caution on my behalf, and ALWAYS goes the extra mile to make sure my meds are all safe. After this appointment, she followed up with a message to me and my PCP and GI docs to advise us of a potentially dangerous interaction between two of my prescription drugs, to make sure I stopped one of the two and worked with my prescribing provider to find an alternative for the other prescription. This is not the first time she's done this - and she always follows up personally, not through a nurse or MA.

Dr. Bobbie is the best doctor I have ever had! She always and I mean always looks out for my best interest, and my health is extremely important to her. I have never had a Doctor Who was so thorough with my health and questions. I cannot state enough how important it is to me that she is my doctor. I believe the care she gives me is the same care that she would give her own mother. She is amazing! Her knowledge for the things I need in my situation rates a 20 on the scale of 1 to 10! I feel so safe and secure with her in charge of my illness . Thank you PAC med for having such a wonderful doctor for me to see.

Dr Pathmaja is an exceptional medical provider. She is an extremely well qualified professional who is a superb listener and communicator. She is never rushed and answers my questions and concerns and promptly gets back to me in a timely manner with answers if necessary when I ask her to research a medical question. She has respect for my opinions if I relate a disrespectful encounter I had with another Pac Medical Center medical professional. Because she is a kind caring happy person it is always a pleasant experience to have an appointment with Dr Bobby

She is always very thorough and takes time to answer all my questions. She Is a cardiology specialist whom I see 3 times a year for follow up. This survey does not take into account a specialty provider for whom some of the questions are not necessarily applicable ie: "is this for a routine or check up?" "do you see this provider regularly?" yes and no, because it is follow up but not "check up" as in a physical exam or vision test. I recommend modifying the survey to take that into account.

This was my first time for me to see Dr. Paramsothy, & she impressed me with her detailed, efficiency, very thorough, communication, caring, compassionate, respectful, informative, her mannerism is the best I've ever come across in a doctor. She listened to me and acted on my Issue, giving me the knowledge and certain tests to have done. I wish there were more Doctors like her..... Thank you!

Dr. Bobbie Pathmaja is very thorough, caring, and dedicated medical practitioner to have. Apart from that she is also very smart and easy to get along with. I feel comfortable in her care. I just wish she is connected in the PacMed clinic in the Federal Way area as her Seattle location is quite inconvenient for a senior to drive especially with the crazy traffic on I 5.

The caregiving clerks - not nurses - who contacted me about the urgent need to see this provider were not adequately medically trained and gave me grief for delaying the appointment for wound care I deemed higher priority. This provider confirmed my judgment when I saw her. I was amazed at the amount of time this provider spent with me and how carefully she listened.

This was a follow up for a trip to the emergency room. The doctor's staff sgueezed me into there schedule even though they had a ful schedule. Dr. Paramsoth felt it was important enough to follow up that she had me come in even though her schedule was full. I truly appreciate her concen and willingness to see follow up even with her busy schedule.

She is very nice and very helpful. She uses layman's language in such a way I can understand what she is trying to explain. She encourages question if I do understand her.
