They sent incorrect referral type to specialist. 2 months later, I got bill for $500. Office Mgr, Debbie, lectured me on why it is my responsibility to double check and ensure they sent the proper referral (who knows there are different types, doc-2-doc and Aetna Referral ID?) to the specialist. Refused to help. Complete frustration. The Director of Operations, Nancy Turkal and her secretary Chris Tharp will not return any emails. Nobody will help. I've been a patient there almost 20 years. I've been very nice and cordial, they have been nothing but unprofessional. Debbie even told me they messed up, but immediately blamed both myself and the specialist for not catching their mistake. WTF.
