Claims you need a "special" type of crown that is not covered by insurance. Root canal and crown ended up failing anyway 1 year after treatment. Over $400 out of pocket, wasted. I definitely do NOT recommend Dr. Duca.
I saw Dr. Duca for many years, up until he told me that I needed a root canal, which I did not need! The endodontist looked at my x-rays and asked what I was doing in his chair. He told me that Dr. Duca missed seeing a fracture in my crown. So I went back, had it redone, and never returned. The receptionist was never too friendly and they tried a hard sell for Crest "professional strength" whitening strips, which you can buy on Amazon for much less. The dental hygenist must be getting a bonus for those sales, since her attitude sucked when I declined.
