I arrived at the office and was notified only a cash payment would be accepted (no debit card, no credit card). I was not advised of this when I made my appointment. The receptionist advised me to go to one of the banks to withdraw cash, before the Dr. would be able to see me. Once in the office, Dr Pinto could not read my handwriting and smirked at my lack of skill. Normally this would be funny except the reason I was there was because I could not and still can not feel 2 of my fingers due to a pinched nerve. After the electric pulsating therapy was completed, a gentleman came in and took the machine. I was left alone for approximately 15-20 minutes laying face down. This was an overall bad experience.
