I went for a new patient exam and x-ray --- READ the paperwork before you sign it. I modified some things that were clearly out of date and that was "not acceptable" to the receptionist, Karen Cole. Charges for filing insurance claims, patient responsibility for ANY portion not paid by the insurance carrier REGARDLESS of the doctor's agreement with Aetna schedule of benefits! I'm amazed that anyone would sign such paperwork, and amazed further that Aetna has him as an "approved" provider!
