Great experience navigating 4 family members. Had we not been through months of delay in care from former insurance (not cedars or their network or related at all) I would have not asked for the exception. I hope to meet one on one for a follow up to go over the surgery and ask questions under more amenable circumstances. I am grateful the people who have almost killed themselves fighting to get me life saving care could come in. That said, I know conditions create a space that is not necessarily conducive to an appointment where I need to talk to my surgeon. I can't say enough for the amazing empathy and expertise and bed side manner of Dr. Chu.
