Although I am very impressed with the level of empathy and professionalism of his staff, I was shocked by the size of this man's ego. I Had been seeking two implants not covered by insurance so I am aware I am paying out of pocket and prepared to do so. He first advised that I wait for 3 to4 months while his 'colleagues' discuss their approach. After a month and a sidetrack down a path of several thousand dollars of orthodontics deemed unnecessary by second opinions I dismissed the orthodontics at a cost of over 500 dollars and asked Claudio to please focus on the surgery necessary for the implants and nothing more. His exact words: "It seems you are trying to manage your care". I answered "of course I am. It is MY care". He became insulted and walked out in a huff stating he could not help me. No explanation. This is EIGHT months of my time wasted which meant NOTHING to him.
