I left New York Spine and Wellness after just given drugs.  They didn't want to find the source of my pain. Before even having an MRI they wanted to do a whole series of injections.  After I had the MRI I found out that it wasn't even the correct area that Dr. Catania wanted to do.  I waited until my next visit and it wasn't better, just give me drugs and send me on my way. I saw Dr. Melfi and my first visit took 40 minutes.,  She asked me questions and answered mine. She is very to the point, I like that.  She really helped me and after being a patient for 2 months I can say I am pain free, which is amazing after 10 years. I highly recommend her and her staff to everyone I know who has back pain!
