My first visit, a pipe burst in the basement and the doctor was trying to fix it. He popped in & out of the room, squeezing behind the hygienist, never introducing himself. When he did come in, he was condescending and cocky, speaking to me like I was a small child and dotting about how amazing dentists are. Not comforting and a very dated office.
