Dr. Friedman was really nice! When he entered, he lit up the room! Very kind, very receptive, very professional. He has been the best doctor I have seen so far during my time in Columbus. Also, the person at the reception, the nurses and the student doctor, Sam, were all very kind. It was a great experience despite the pain in my back from the allergy testing! 
Can't wait to see the results with the treatment he gave me. I left the office feeling full of hope. Thank you very much, Dr Friedman! Never change. (I hope he can read this. I didn't have the chance to tell it to him because the farewell was too quick.)
